Default Dealers vs RADIO

Guys,
Took my information to a dealer and asked about to have my radio replaced. Service guy laughed saying "Oh you got the info from the Internet?, well we don't do anything until Chysler tells us". A real *****!
He asked a geezer "Crossfire Tech" who laughed in my face and sais "I've seen 100 Xfires this month and haven't heard that one". Another *****! So I blew up, told them that there isn't 100 Xfires in the whole state and that they were really pissing me off. Just then the General Manager walked by and asked what was going on, the Tech said "this guy wants a new radio", the m,anager said "then replace it". Let me explain how Chrysler works. The radio is not on a recall, it's a "BULLETIN", so do not say recall when you go to have the radio replaced. I had a Jeep Cherokee that had poor air condictioning, complained about it and it was never repaired. Yeaers later I found out that a "BULLETIN" was out paying for the replacement. Be careful!
My Xfire goes in next week for a oil change, pinging that wasn't fixed before and a squeeky spoiler. This is my second visit to this dealer, the closest besides them is 35 miles away. I'll give them a try, but I think the whole problem is that the Dealers are not used to servicing a $35,000 car, they think they can BS their clients.
Maybe that's why new Crossfires are selling for $29,900 and you can pick and choose color and interior. What a joke!
