I'm always checking dealerconnect for crossfire service bulletins(TSB).If the dealer doesn't check there computer for updated TSB's they would never no whats out.After you verify the complaint the next step is to check for TSB's.Some guy's are just stupid and lazy and would rather blow people off.You will find jerks like that in every business.We get some very strange complaints sometimes and sure enough there's a TSB on that problem.
