If anyone has never had pisco it's amazing and quite delicious. my favorites were from Peru and Chile. I love work sending me out of the country, get to experience all sorts of new beverages
No, they don't make pisco here. No grapes!
I'm looking at the data logs and comparing them to previous runs. The engine ran the same temperatures as before so that's a good thing. Looking at the throttle position I was much less time at 100% but faster even with the moist conditions. The IAT's never got to 150º which is a good thing. The track is short and my average speed around it was 67 mph. March 13 and 14th I have a track day at the fast track. I expect to see higher IAT's because there I'm at 100% and under full boost much longer. I imagine my average speed around the big track is in the 90 mph range.
