I find juicing twice a day, fruit in the am, veggies in the pm, along with eating decent foods throughout the day, hitting the gym 3 days a week, and of course vitamins, keeps me looking young and healthy. Been doing it for quite some time now. You have to keep yourself motivated with a positive attitude.
