As far as pricing, it all depends on exactly what you are looking for and how much ability you have. It is very difficult for someone who has never met you and has no idea exactly which car you are getting (year, tranny, etc) to tell you mow much it is going to cost you to make an intake. Do you want a dual or single, do you want a teflon coating of some sort, are you trying to do it as cheap as possible, etc.

Talk to some local shops around you about the tint and muffler. As far as the CAI, look through people's galleries and get some ideas, mock up what you want and take dimensions, create a shopping list, hit the internet, and you will have your price.
