Have it tested for free at Autozone (or similar). Our cars do weird things when the batteries start going out.

My alarm went off when I opened the door of the car the other day, at the time I thought it was a fluke. The next day i decided to start the car as it had sat for two months or so without being started or having the battery charged, when I started it the wing went up. It is a new battery and was just a little flat and I think (and hope) it caused both events.
