My foot went thru two parallel mechanical steel beams only 4.0" apart and was hyperextended by the floor just 8.0" away. This went half the way up my calf with the 1.0" shaft spinning and pulling my pants down at 220 RPMs.

The Key stock tore up my skin a bit and the bones and ligaments got rearranged. My Knee joint was torsioned out of alignment but all went back into place OK. Amazingly, nothing was broken.

A couple of brave guys pulled and twisted. Got the anatomy right. No major bleeding. I walk funny now but that should pass in a week or two.

I'm extremely lucky given the stupidity involved.
