Notwithstanding that fleece filters are questionably better, and can be found at a lower price than whatb we have seen, I have had absolutely zero problems with a Fram filter, using them almost exclusively since I was 18 in a 1973 AMC Gremlin. that was my most fun car before the Cross, and maybe the 75 Nova SS. But the Frams have been fione now for lo on 35 years in all my cars.
