I was upset that they had tightened the wheel nuts on my 300 so tight that another dealership had to replace half the nuts and replace some studs because they were ruined and some even had to be drilled to get them off. The guys attitude was not too friendly, I guess they do not get complaints too often.
They were so tight the air tool just stalled and a 5' pipe was used on a long socket handle.
Do you mind sharing which dealership. I want to stay away from that one.
