That is pretty amazing to hear "a car guy" admit to something like that. Especially (like you said) after the car has been out for 7 years.
I must say, the comments about the Crossfire posted on the LS1 forum were far less misguided, and not nearly as disrespectful as those posted on the Supra forum a while back.
When you think about it though, didn't the OP mention the whole incident occured on a New Mexico highway and ended in a town called Weed? Since that's only about 50 or 60 miles South West of Rosewell, it could have been a simple UFO sighting.
