bob the thread you linked is how i did my fronts. let me say this is a biatch of a job!! the bushings if not aligned perfectly will hang and the bolts just refuse to come out or go back in. i adjusted the jack for at least 30 min per side to get tem back in place. BE WARNED! THIS IS NOT A EASY JOB
I agree it is not an easy job. I did my fronts on a Sunday, and the following day, I was talking to my neighbor from across the street. He asked me what I was doing to the car the day before. I told him, and he said with a laugh....... Well, you must have had one hell of a time with it, because I heard you huffing, puffing, cussing and fussing at the car all day.
I didn't realized that I was that loud, but he certainly was right.
In retrospect though, I think it would be much easier if I had to do it again.
