Default Re: Cd Changer Install For 2005 Crossfire Oem Infinity Radio

If you have a base coupe radio (not sure about the limited crossfire radio).... do yourself a favor and get a Blaupunkt radio from Crutchfield. My radio was a plug and play. Crutchfield sends you the radio keys for free. Just slip them in the front holes and slide the factory radio out. Unplug the conector and plug it in to the Blaupunkt (the wires and plug are identical). Slide the new radio in and that is it! Took me 10 minutes and I did it myself. I didn't need some kid from Best buy wrecking my car.

The radio I got has a front aux jack. I use it to play my ipod or I create MP3 discs with hundreds of songs because the radio can read it. I adjusted the color on the face so it is green like the interior. Plus I got a model with a silver face panel that matches the interior trim so it looks like the radio belongs there. The best $140 I ever spent. And if I ever decide to put the factory radio back in I can do it in 10 minutes.

If you have any questions there are many threads with pictures... or you can send me a email.
