My car has the same equipment as yours. The only option I didn't get were the all season tires for $185. After all the regular rebates and cash back I had a loyalty lease rebate and paid $36,500. The payments were $492/Mos with $1000. down. That covered everything, motor vehicle fees, NYState Sales tax which is 8.075%, everything. Its a 39 month payout with a ballon payment due on the 39th month of $22,000 some odd (no sales tax at that time). Chrysler is not leasing cars in NY State anymore so this is how its being done till the state law is changed. It also allows 12,000 miles/year. I think at $39,000 unless that includes sales tax your paying too much. I just bought mine 3 weeks ago.
