The sticker price for that car should be $41,500 equipped as you described. You can get $1,000 rebate and $1,000 bonus cash which would put it down to $39,500. If $39,000 doesn't include TT&L, then I would say that is probably too much to pay. You should be able to negotiate them down at least another thousand, maybe more. If that is out the door price, it's probably not that bad depending on how much taxes are where you live.
