My '06 Coupe came with the top end cover oil leaks. Six months ago at 15,000 miles, Airpark Chrysler, Scottsdale, AZ cleaned and resealed the area with black silicone sealant. 50 miles later the check engine light came on. At least two oxygen sensors had failed, probably from the silicone rubber sealant they used. No charge, under warranty but much wasted time on a do over. Seems real stupid. Are you saying they didn't take the valve covers off and replace the gaskets. They just put silicon around it? Did the replace the gaskets and use silicon?
