My /04 coupe has done 77,000 km.

Problems? Small ones at first; blown speaker, catalytic converter failed (both replaced under extended warranty). Then six weeks ago the radiator fan failed, with overheating. The dealership claimed there was no recall and as the warranty ended in December "09 we paid $1100 Aus to have it replaced.

Surprise, surprise, the battery warning light came on a week ago. We booked it in for this morning, and I was called two hours ago to be told that an overflow of coolant has leaked into the alternator. When I pointed out the fan repair was part of the cooling system, and asked if they had topped up the coolant or done a pressure test etc they started babbling.

How have I done the kims? I drive my coupe everyday. I've driven it across the eastern states of Australia. I use it for work and leisure. Life is too short to not drive such a wonderful car. My other half drives the roadster every day. We wouldn't change a thing.
