OK, I posted a message here I could have sworn but it's not here anymore so maybe it offended someone.

Anyway, my contribution to this mess is that I discovered that the reason why there may be some confusion at some dealers is because the TSB doesn't appear on the service computer system when the VIN# is entered.

If your service person checks for applicable TSBs or if you give them the TSB number, it is found and they should work on it, but apparently, the SOP is that when the VIN# is entered, all applicable TSBs for the car should appear and apparently, the TSB for the radio doesn't.

I was told 3 TSBs appeared when they put in my VIN# but not the one that Crossfiretech listed. They did find the TSB when I gave them the number though and that cleared things up.
