Now, I'm looking for someone in this area that can weld .060" aluminum. I want the airboxes to be welded to the elbows and I can then make the y-pipe out of aluminum too. That would make it one piece and all welded.

The one you see is .060" stainless. Too much heat capacity. Once it gets hot, it takes 5 minutes at WOT to cool it back down. Everything else stays nice and cool.
