Well, got a speeding ticket today. The cop was a nice guy. I knew I was in the wrong and was completely respectful about it. What caught me off gaurd was that he was too! For once it was nice to be pulled over by a normal guy instead of some ego tripping ***. I would like to think that the majority of police are great people this is just the first time I experienced it first hand while getting a citation.

I drive 100+ miles per day in another car. As soon as I get in the Crossfire I get pulled over (in the San Antonio area). My car is a cop magnet. I only got 2 speeding tickets in my life and both were 11-12 MPH over the limit on the interstate (a 65MPH zone). I also got pulled over for 9 over the limit but didn't get a ticket. The DPS guy was nice. As soon as I told him I lived down the street he let me go (he probably thought I was an out of towner).
