Chances are it will go even quicker with a throttle reset.

Throttle Body Reset

1. Get in your car

2. Turn the key to the on (not start) position, the position just before the starter turns over.

3. Press the gas pedal to the floor with the key in the "on" position.

4. Hold the pedal to the floor for five seconds, then turn the key back
to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas
pedal.

5. Wait 2 mins. for a full alignment.

6. Drive the car and ya might notice a difference in throttle response.
Already done. lol

Yep, it did improve it alot. The throttle was much more responsive. When cruising it was much quicker to respond. I've since driven in traffic and now its back to the mushy throttle which is fine with me for the daily drive. It makes the reset even more fun and enjoyable.

Another question, when I push the gas pedal down all the way to the floor and the car takes off, the pedal seems to click down into like a notch. Is that like a setting to let the car know not to let up or something?
