From early on I have pulled the Front and Rear rubber gaskets off to allow more cooling. Did that before I developed the super cooler and other ideas. There was no reason to eliminate the free passage of air, allowing better cooling and cool down when sitting. Woody Iam all about keeping the engine cool.
