I put 20s all the way around on my car, and let me tell you, there is NO ONE who is going to tell you that these will fit, because all the info is not here and the tolerences are millimeters.

It depends on a lot of factors, 2 of which have not been mentioned, backspace and offset. I can tell you that my 225/30-20 on the front of my car would not turn, at all, and needed 10mm spacers, so chances are the 245 you want to put in the front will not even be close (unless backspace is wild)

Good luck with the whole endeavor, but my advice would be to buy 19" up front and a 20" out back - and lower it about 1.5".
