Yes satellite---I too bet the dealer has NO idea. I have found this to be true on many different things on this car---HA!!! As for exact and intense, the video did not look that bad. I'll be doing at 30k---like I said "cheaper than the part that the oil is in." It can not be that hard, but I will see and post when I do.
