I am considering using Meguiars nxt tech wax, I read the directions, it said spread over the entire car, let haze, the polish off?

1- Just spread it over the car? no rubbing like using a polish or other waxes?
2- Put all over the car? Is it difficult to remove?
3- What is your experience with this product ?
