Just remember this---When YOU give up the option to walk away---they got you!!!!! You can always come back or they will call, but always be prepared to walk.

Consider selling it on your own. Like I said the tax savings is less than $100. You have a good price car at $2500 or so retail. Craig's list is free and IT WORKS!!!! I sell half my cars on just the leads from them. It would go quick and you could pick up $700 plus net over a trade in.

If you have the cash, get a cashier's check for the amount and walk in with the check. It's called "the power of the printed word." If you walk in with a check---THEY will NOT let you walk out with it!!! Talk is cheap!!! If you put your money where your mouth is THEY WILL LISTEN!!!! I have done it---it works!!!
