Salesmen called me just now.


Said:
- Check engine light issue has been fixed (BS?)
- Come check it out tomorrow and let's work out a deal

I say:
- I need to have my mechanic look over it - I told you that.

He says:
- Come tomorrow morning and get it and let your mechanic look.

I say:
- Can't. I work 8-5pm every day monday through friday

He says:
- What about Thursday?

I say:
- Can I come check it after work tomorrow maybe?

He says:
- Oooooo. I will have to check with my manager to see if that is OK. Maybe Thursday?

I say:
- OK.

He says:
- Do you like the car?

I say:
- It's alright. It's pretty cool I guess. (trying to act not as interested)

He says:
- Well I want to work out a deal with you so I will get back to you as soon as I can on what my manager says.


.... Is he playing a game or do they really just have a dumb "No after 5pm" mechanic check up?
