Iam so unhappy that Iam going to build a throttle body driver or current mirror to get some real speed in the TB. It is slow and .4 decreasing to .3 seconds is no gain in my book. I really have grown to hate the fly by wire and would avoid it if given the option. I have 6 cyclinder Ford vans that have better response. YOU can believe that I have considered the cable addition to overcome the terrible delays that we have.
Autocrossing is tough because you have to anticipate the throttle going into turns so you can lead the damn computer. To the designers, off with their heads............
So.... should I take your response to mean that you don't feel the newer selectable sb could be the answer to our prayers? Maybe the newer selectable sb in the race mode is just what we're all looking for. I'm going to give it a whirl. But I think you competitive racers would be the better critics, (I use to be competitive; just can't afford it anymore) I think they have a money back guarantee. I will report my results. Bob
