You are bang on about the ineffective headlights but I did not experience any wiring issues. Lots of other issues though.
My '93 Concorde had problems electrically, with the AC, and with the ABS/Tr. Control. It was a nice car apart from that. The '94 LHS was a beautiful and comfortable car, some electrical and AC problems. Both had poor lights, I got it used in '99 with 50k (km) on it, in immaculate condition. I replaced that with the 300.
My wife worked at a Chrysler dealer so repairs were cheap, $25 an hour labour and parts dealer price plus 10%, wish I had that now.
