That should get you going. If you have fuel and spark it aughta make noise, the lifters are without oil and collapsed, thus no valve action.

Tried 5 or 6 times, battery got kinda weak (new last fall) so I put the charger on it.

It kinda sputted at me 2-3 times, only at the very first start of the 30 seconds, maybe on the 3rd and 4th try.

Sure spins over well... it didn't seize up.
