Re: Ignition key won't turn
Let the wife take the car to work the other day while I took hers in to have the oil changed...At 4PM recieved a call from her saying the ignition switch woun't turn...I arrived at the seen and tried many times but couldn't get it to turn either...Call a tow truck to come get it and went he arrived and I explained what was wrong, he got in the car and within 5 sceonds he started the car...He said that 80% of his calls are about Chrysler Ignitions Switches...All he did was wiggle the key and the steering wheel at the same time...Don't know what to do at this point maybe just live with it...Think there S/B a recall on this item but don't no how or who to contact about getting some action on this issue...
