Oh hell no! LOL!
The area of concern is the contacts on the outside relay (thinking the left as you look at it) . Look to see if the contacts are black (BLACK is bad). I used a very small piece of folded fine sandpaper to get in between the contacts to clean mine. Perhaps a tinny tiny file, or if you can still find one, a contact burnisher might also work.
