A tune can really wake up the motor by changing things such as timing, air/fuel mix ratios, RPM limiters, top speed limiters, etc. But to the best of my knowledge, it is completely independent of the throttle by wire system that the SB affects. It literally plugs in right behind the pedal in line with the throttle wiring....
John is correct...you can't tune out the lag...go SB....the one in the roadster must be in sport mode, 'cause the one in the coupe is in race mode...lol
