Talking Re: SELECTABLE Sprint Booster

I have been doing work on a design that will replace the current system so that the response will be at least a 100% FASTER. THat will be 1/2 the delay we currently have to deal with and there should be a smooth / small power gain across the power band.

This is not going to get legs until the autocross season is over cause I gotta get it all apart to do the testing, there will be another article soon about testing to show you what makes my tick or at least gets my creative juices flowing.

Autocrossing brings out the intensity of the throttle delay. My autox experiences brought about the design need for my supercooler, dual inlet CAI and oil separator cause I needed them for high rev operation and high loading driving.

I have tried the sprint booster ( a winner for me) and the velocity booster that is yet to work for me ( throws codes all the time even with the control set to off. My design goals are 100% GAIN IN THROTTLE SPEED, thats 1/2 the delay and a bit of power gain across the full rpm spectrum. This approach will not affect your girl friends ability to drive to the store, It will allow FULL POWER and response and with a flip of the switch NORMAL operation. Trust me yull love it and IF it turns out to be a real good idea, Rob {Needswings}will be doing his part to make it plug and play, yippie.

Warning Warning Will Robingson this development will not start in ernest until the autocross season ends cause I gotta take the car apart to develop the mechanical parts and make it all fit.

To see the impetus that drives me as it were, tune into the utube to see the autocross a while back in the wet. Not the throttle response when it pulls the rear tires loose on the pavement. ENJOY< Woody
