Don't expect more then a tour (no refreshments and such), but I really don't think you'll be hungry or thirsty, other then "chewing" on whats happening there. I am sure they would be open to most of our questions and be very hospitable.
After that a run up to Lake Geneva Wisconsin at a restaurant right in town (about 30 miles > 45 minutes), at Popeyes right on the lake for lunch.
