Hi all,

As you can probably tell by my name, I'm an Old Man, with a Geo Metro (1993 Lsi Convertible). I've had fun for the last 10yrs, sinking thousands of dollars into the car. I decided a few months ago, it is time to get a real car, while I still can. I sold the Geo today!

I have 3 test test drives with 3 different dealers tomorrow. One Roadster and 2 coupes. I'm pretty sure I want a coupe with auto. This past year, I have found out that pushing in a clutch more than 5 times an hour requires heavy doses of oxygen.

If any of you So Cal guys or gals know of any good cars available in the area, I sure could use a heads up. I have 14K to spend and would really like to find an X-Fire with something less than 50k miles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been wandering around this forum for the last month or so. What a great site!

I'm looking foreward to spending lots of my (Retired) free time here...that is, when I'm not out on the road in my new Coupe??? Roadster???
