I just had a call from my local dealer, Greenwood Market Motors, here in Youngstown, Ohio. The sevice advisor told me that they had gone ahead and ordered a new radio for me, and that it would be here next week.
That is great, especially since I had not yet complained about it. I was going to wait until my first oil change/service. On the same call, she asked if I was getting any wind noise around the doors. I said yes, and she told me that they would take care of that at the same time.
I thanked her for being proactive with these things, and I told her I would be passing it around how great I was being treated!!
I have NEVER been called in advance to have a minor problem fixed by a dealer. If this is how D/C is going to treat their customers, then their business is going to take a giant leap forward.
I am more happy about buying this car now than I was when I picked it up last October!
