My car developed the dreaded leak at the adapter plug on the trans ,,I took it in to the Dealer to get replaced and when they tore it down the brass screw that holds the adapter in place was stripped ,they said they where unable to get the adapter out because the screw just kept turning in place and would not come out ... they said the throttle body had to be dropped to get to the piece that the screw went in to , and replace it cost of all parts involved are around 385.00 + labor . has anyone else heard of this situation and would this be a good time to put new selenoids in< the blue top ones i believe>.
