The reason your A/C isn't cold, is that air MUST be drawn over the condensor to draw heat out of it, so that the evaporator can draw heat out of the inside of the car!

THAT is why the fun runs slow when the A/C is on.

Again, either the module or motor is bad, IMO. I don't see how it can be anything else (other than the fuse to the fan which is 50 amps, I believe and is in the fusebox under the hood, driver's side, I THINK.)
