A friend also has USAA and after the following incidents they still didn't drop him.
Daughter totalled one car.
Daughter wrecked another car.
Son hit and run killed a guy on a motorcycle.
Wife wrecked the front of her new car.
Wife wrecked the rear of her new car (think he paid this out of pocket)
He hit a coyote, claim
He hit a rabbit, claim
Try that with any other ins company!
