I agree - don't let that distract you. Finding out why the $*%*$ starter wont spin may not be all THAT hard!

I URGE you to get Tigh1 to exchange your RCM - it IS a known problem. I still think you have a flacky relay on the RCM.

I don't totally beleive what the dealer techs are telling you, does not sound to me like 100% perfect troubleshooting techniques to me. Sure wish I was local to you, I'd be happy to grab my DVM and see just where the "signal" is being lost here!
