Could this possibly be a cam or crankshaft position sensor problem? No

When that is the issue does the car always turn over also? Yes, but won't start or will start but quits when it gets hot. It usually throws a code as well, but NOT always from what I have read on here.

I also have the issue where my radiator fan comes on really strong and I believe stays on so long as the key is turned on I don't think it shuts off except when car is turned off of course.
This MIGHT indicate an electrical problem, but not sure.

My fan only comes on full speed when the engine is warm, it comes on SLOW with the A/C on. Exceptoin is that it does come on fast for a few seconds on startup IF the car has been recently run.
