Dianne, I've a "tin ear" so I wasn'r looking for the finest musical response I could get. I just got tired of being unable to receivewith conconsistent clarityeven the most powerful of stations. I live in a mountainous area, so this certainly exacerbated the situation. I think it unfortunate that I had to go the aftermarket route.
