Similar story here so I feel your pain. Those Chrysler dealers are the worst. Everytime I brought may car in to fix something I would have to bring it back 3 times just to get my car back in the same condition. They were constantly breaking something! Take 1 step forward and 3 steps back. I could go one for hours explaining each experience but don't feel like writing a book.

This is why I now do my own oil changes and will do my own repairs (even though it is still under warranty). Just don't want these idiots touching my car. Nobody will drive that car but me! Just hang in there.

Also know that just because it was in an accident doesn't mean that it is a bad car. I had a fender bender 3 years ago and my car is fine. I was rear ended pretty hard.
