yea and the nice thing is, if you're running an AEM FIC, or an EMS you don't need a controller as all of aem's ecu's and piggybacks will run their pumps as a controller based off of rpm, load, tps, etc and it monitors line pressure and tank level. If the pump fails it will revert to a non-meth tune, etc.

Most companies basically use a shur-flo pump, which is a switching style pump, which causes the pulses everytime the pistons complete a cycle. AEM's is a recirculation pump with a bypass, so theres no pulsing as the pump runs higher than 250psi but anything above that is recirculated, eliminating the pulses
