Meth injection serves 0 purpose on an NA car. Its used with FI applications to lower intake charge to allow for more ignition timing and higher boost. I've personally seen people make 150+ extra hp with meth and appropriate tuning on pump gas.
Since NA cars run intake temps very close to ambient, the most you'd see is probably a 10 degree drop or so (can't really say for sure, as no one has wasted the time to truly test meth on an NA car, as far as I know) every 3 degree drop in air temp is 1hp, so baseline... 400-600 for a kit plus labor to install (if you're mechanically retarded) puts you around 800 dollars for a baseline 4hp increase. I can think of much better and more efficient power adders for 800 dollars.
