Blackcrossfire07 brought back a bad memory from many years ago. I bought a new car back in 1983 that I took into the dealer for an oil leak. When I picked it up the air conditioner wasn't working. I left it again and when I came back to pick it up I found the headliner was badly marked up from greasy hands. When I came back to pick it up again I found the rear window defroster line was damaged when they took the molding out to replace the headliner. After all that the oil leak was not fixed.
