I thought that you were entitled to something comparable to your car, like another convertible. I was in an accident when I had my mustang convertible and Enterprise rent a car rep told me that. I then called the insurance company and they put me in a convertible mustang. A coworker of mine just got in a car accident, he has a suv and he told the insurance company that is what he wanted and they lined it up for him.
