If it doesn't work, then go to the dealer. You've got enough info here to hopefully get you to a good place with them.

That was before I found out that it was a money pit. That changed my opinion, unfortunately. It's hard to feel warm and fuzzy about something that can put you in financial ruin.
I tried to disconnect the battery but the cable is really hard to get off. I don't want to mess with it and screw something up so I'm going to get someone to help me with it. If that doesn't work, I'll take it to the dealer. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate everyone's help here.
