Checking the window tint is another first I've heard for an inspection in Texas. All tint installers should know what's legal unless Texas has changed the legal standards this year. Now I'm worried if my wife's Xfire will pass. It has the same tint when we bought it. They're in for the fight of their lives if we have to remove it.
