I'd like a definite reason for the little strap at the top/back of the passenger headrest. Is it REALLY for the dry cleaning, or is it for the child safety seat (which would be an illegal location for the child seat) in most states. I notice it can unsnap. I was fiddling with this strap and the snap button pulled off, a little quick set glue and gently put it back into place and forgot about it. I wouldnt truct it for much
